Ya-Ping's Animal Experiments HW

In my opinion, I agree with appropriate animal experiments. For the sake of human health and sustainability, innovation and invention in scientific research are fundamental, thus the use of non-human animal in experiment is inevitable.

Indeed almost every medical achievement in the past relied on the use of animal experiments, but its legitmacy is still doubted by many animal rights activists or organization. They argued that it is cruel and ruthless to conduct poor scientific practice to animals because of animals have rights to certain extent.

This issue is truly debatable when ethical questions are raised, but I think we all connect animal experiments too directly to the implication of torture, suffering, and death. We can not be ignorant, however, of the benefits we human being all share are definitely larger than its cost. Achievement of scientific and medical goals using animal experiments is desirable, provided that animal suffering and use is minimized. Furthurmore, most of the animals are euthanized after used in testing. In order to save human lives, certain animal sacrifice is permissible.
