Katy's lab homework-5

Last week, we have different lab class in international building. The facilities of the lab are better than before. Especially, the new way for learning English made me impressive. We wore headphones to practice speaking, just like chatting on the phone with friends.
In task 2, I searched for “the Stephen Lawrence murder”. It happened in 1993. A black British teenager, 18 years old, was murdered by a group of white men when he was waiting for a bus. The racism between black and white has kept for a long time. Although many people, like Dr. Martin Luther King in the 1950s, advocated that all men are created equal, the discrimination still exists now, even in the future. It’s couldn’t be solved instantly, but we can make justice gradually rooted in everyone’s mind.
The task 3 is interesting, but I only got 7 points. It said that I would put the public in danger because I only thought that I should arrest the robbers first. If it had not been for this class, I wouldn’t have had this chance to know more the work of the police and enter the police website. It’s a good experience for me.
