During last class, we`ve done some personality quizzes to find out more about our subconsciousness. I looked up some vocabularies when i was browsing a website specify how would different people behave with different personalies. Varieties of results were shown after I submitted my answers on different websites. One of the website deeply impressed me, it classified testees into many kinds of candy bars in accordance of the result. I was categorized as Butter Finger for being patient and peace-loving. I wonder how people know what the personality would be when they concretize a candy bar. The friendship quizzes worth taking as we barely know what our impressions are in someone`s mind. I found a quiz much more realistic because of the detailed occasions in which I can imagine how the condition are like . One of the quesions is " if you and a group of friends have planned a party, and everyone has been assigned for an event. As a leader, what will you do after finding out someone`s ignored her part. Not that the condition is pretty close to mine, but that it makes me feel in reality when taking the quizzes. As exactly what I expected, the result shows that I don`t want any disputes over differences of opinion. I would probably make a win-win situation in a argument. Every time I try different personaly quizzes, I can find some new characteristics coming out. Does that possibly mean I am capricious?

I sought some articles about multiple intelligence and learing styles as well. The theory of multiple intelligence is a science research what kind of ablity is related to a sense organ. Multiple intelligence accounts for the potential in an individual. Being based on I.Q. testing, a person perform better with a higher score on a specific intelligence. For instance, a person is considered skillful on manipulating words when the person has a great score on linquistic intelligence. The person is likely to choose to be a lawyer or a journaist as his career. Those with better logic-mathmatical intelligence possibly choose to be a scientist or an engineer because they perform better than the other with ordinary logic intelligence. The development of brain is consequential, but emotional intelligence cannot be neglected. An E.Q. test examine the ability of cognitive issues such as problem solving. Facing the same difficulty, those with higher E.Q. knows more about how to perceiving emotions when identifying someone`s emotion. Meanwhile, they can recognize and comprehend emotions more accurately compare to those with ordinary E.Q. Some research indicated that I.Q. is not that important when an organization offer a promotion. However, E.Q. accounts for what position a person has in the society. A person with both higher I.Q. and E.Q. can earn more respect and better pay.
