Katy's homework-Death penalty

In my opinion, I agree that no one has the right toon hurt and kill others. But, the death penalty is necessary and should be executed.
The reasons why I insist the thought above are as follows. First, the criminal hurt innocentpeople because they wanted to satisfy themselves or cover some mistakes they had made. If someone was killed and dead, the murderer was only sentenced to prison for few years. It's not fair that the inocent people should admit their misfortune and accept the fact.
Next, if there were no death penalty in a country, the rate of crime might increase. The criminal needn't to worry about their consequence after they commit a crime. It would have a negative impact on the country because people who live there will think their country is dangerous and unsafe and they will emigrate. Thus, the emigration also will influence the country's economy.
Finally, many people might think the death penalty is cruel because it is inhuman and has the possibility of killing innocent person mistakenly. However, I don't think so. The heavier the punishment is, the more careful the judges pass a sentence. To sum up, the death penalty can stop the rate of crime increaseing effectively and make society safer.
