I am against the death penalty. There are two reasons for why I oppose the deathe penalty. First, the criminal don't have guilt necessarily. If we find one crime is innocent, but he has already died. How can we give back his fame? It must be too late. Second, doing the death peanalty is equal to killing people. If we say that it fault to kill people, why we can take their life by force. Is it fair?
Many people think death penalty is necessary, because it can punish the people who are making mistake and warn the people not to commit the crime. But isn't it too serve for those people? Everyone will make the mistake. Why can't we give them another chance. We can spend time teaching them but not just shot his head. It too cruel.
I think that your first argument is quite compelling.
