I support animal experiments. Although experiments on animals are cruel; in my opinion, they are necessary.

If we don't do experiments on animals, we have no idea whether the medicine is harmful to human or not. People who are opposed to animal experiments may say people can not guarantee that drugs are safe just because they have been tested on animals. I think people should try even though they can not guarantee. We know that it is impossible to do experiments on human unless there is someone who volunteers but volunteers are few. Therefore, animal testing is the best way to understand the effects of the medicines and to protect ourselves' lives. In addition, people discovered many important medicines from animal experiments, such as vitamin C and diphtheria vaccination. These discoveries are owed to animal experiments. Animal experiments are beneficial for human being.
