Class today is quite different from before. We did some grammar exercises and listening tests on the Internet. In the beginning, I was not used to the accent and speed of the listening program. But after repeating listening several times, I started to get used to it.
Through the class, I found my listening ability improved, and could choose many correct answers from listening tests. Furthermore, we read the article while listening to the video. I think it’s quite helpful to our abilities of English.
If we do the practices on this kind of way, we’ll lose the chance to have group discussing. But, both are quite helpful to us.
I like dialogs from the BBC news most, because I think they are more close to our daily lives. The fist dialog is about some students who want to rent out a flatshare by posting an advert, and the second one is an advert about carpet cleaning selling by the humorous way. They are both quite interesting and funny.
