The lab class was really different from previous class. In lab class, I could use earphones to do some listening practice; in addition, just as the teacher said, I could do the practice at my speed and choose the task which I was interested in. The first dialog is talking about posting an advertisement. In the beginning, I couldn’t really understand what they were talking about, so I tried to listen again. After the second try, I could almost understand what they were discussing about. The following questions were very interesting; On top of that, when I answered the questions, I could also learn new meanings of the words. I think it was very useful. For example, I wouldn’t know what “mod cons” means if I didn’t understand the dialog. As a result, I like this website most because it is useful in our daily life.
