Hello, everyone, nice to meet you. My name is Katy. I major in Land Economics. In my leisure time, I like to watch movies. “Pirates of the Caribbean” is my favorite movie.
Last two week, I knew many friends. For instance, Mandy and Peggy. Mandy is a kind girl, who majors in department of public administration. Peggy has been many countries, like Japan and Switzerland. I think both of them are joyful and optimistic.
I was excited in this class. My teachers only taught me how to get high score in lots of exams in senior high school. They emphasized reading and writing instead of listening and talking. So, what I hope to improve and get from this class is discussion skills, understanding native English speakers better and more knowledge of English literature. I think reading and vocabulary are least important.
